Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Second Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.
Working HoursMonday to Saturday
8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Role and Responsibilities- Preparing dishes from the menu together with the Head Chef
- Assisting in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Cleaning and properly maintaining kitchen equipment
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a kitchen
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP) certificate
- Good knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Reliable and well organised.
