Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Second Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Role and Responsibilities
  • Preparing dishes from the menu together with the Head Chef
  • Assisting in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Cleaning and properly maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a kitchen
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP) certificate
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
  • Reliable and well organised.
