Seasonal UK Short Breaks Call Centre Advisor

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a UK Short Breaks Call Centre Advisor to handle guest inquiries by phone, email and live chat, and to manage reservations using our booking system.

You will identify upselling opportunities and work toward sales targets while delivering outstanding service. You will collaborate with the Guest Experience Team to enhance each guest's stay across Merlin attractions.
