Seasonal Travel Support Agent - 20hrs (Bristol)

The Students' Union at UWE in Bristol is seeking a friendly part-time customer support advisor to assist travellers by phone, live chat, and email across the season. You will handle pre-departure questions and in-resort issues, staying calm during disruptions and owning problems until resolution.

We value empathy, resilience, and a fast learner who can adapt quickly to our products and processes. Weekend and bank holiday availability is required to cover peak periods.
