Seasonal Production Chef - Farm-to-Table Bakery

Heckfield Place in Hampshire invites applications for a Junior Production Chef (24 Hours/Week). You will work with the Production team, Culinary Director and Head of Culinary Training, using estate produce seasonally to craft preserves, bakes, and farm-to-table dishes while minimising waste.

The role focuses on laminated pastry, sourdough and broader baking, with emphasis on food safety, labeling and collaboration across kitchens and the estate.
