Seasonal Pier Guest Experience Associate

A leading transportation and experience company is looking for a Guest Experience Assistant for a seasonal role until the end of October. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at various piers in Westminster, facilitating smooth customer service and adherence to safety protocols. You will assist with ticket sales, manage passenger flow, and provide information about attractions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends, are essential. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
