Seasonal Menu Sous Chef - Lead, Cook & Inspire

Audley Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team in Stokenchurch. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes from a new seasonal menu while ensuring HACCP compliance and stock control.

You will mentor junior staff, lead during shifts in the Head Chef's absence, and bring passion for classic English cuisine with modern twists. A Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is required.
