Seasonal Kitchen Chef - Craft Fresh Dishes & Lead a Team

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty seeks a professional chef to lead our busy kitchen at Belton House, Grantham. You'll follow recipes and batch-cook, preparing delicious, fresh dishes from seasonal ingredients for visitors, five days a week over 37.5 hours.

You'll help build a great team, maintain high food hygiene standards and COSHH compliance, and take part in induction and allergen training.
