Seasonal Chef de Partie - Meals On Duty & Progression

Drake & Morgan is seeking a Seasonal Chef De Partie to join our busy branded bars and restaurants in London. You will oversee a section of the kitchen and work within a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to spec, train junior staff, support the sous and head chefs with menu development, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
