An established logistics company is seeking a Sea Freight Forwarder to support international ocean freight operations. The role involves managing shipments from booking through to final delivery while ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from booking through to completion
• Prepare and process sea freight and customs documentation
• Arrange collections and coordinate with global carrier networks
• Monitor shipments, track consignments, and issue pre-alerts
• Communicate with internal teams and overseas partners
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide shipment updates
• Handle invoicing, job costing, and freight documentation

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in sea freight or freight forwarding
• Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
