Job Description

Avalara, Inc. is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale the E-Invoicing & Live Reporting sales development function.

You will own the top of the funnel, coaching a high-performing team of SDRs who generate qualified pipeline for our global ELR solution. You will manage 6 SDRs across outbound and inbound motions, shaping messaging and qualification processes while aligning with global mandates and multi-country requirements.
