Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, promote Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Track and report sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality products within agreed timelines.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team performance and delivery processes.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Agile best practices.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed team environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Experience working in Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in software development or project delivery environments.
  • Exposure to cloud and digital transformation projects.
