Role: Scrum Master
Location: Manchester
Working Mode: Hybrid (weekly 4 days Onsite)
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: £358 per day Inside IR35

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technology teams.
Proven track record supporting cross functional engineering teams, ideally building digital consumer facing platforms.
Working knowledge of cloud delivery environments (AWS strongly preferred).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Experience with Jira/Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and agile metrics (Cumulative Flow, Cycle Time, Velocity).
Ability to operate in regulated financial services contexts with high standards for quality, security, and resilience.

Desirable
Experience in investment, wealth, or retail financial services platforms.
Exposure to domain driven design, microservices architecture, and API centric ecosystems.
SAFe, PSM II, or other advanced Agile certifications.
