Scrum Master - EU - Remote - 12+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Scrum Master to join a prominent and global Manufacturing client. You will support Agile delivery, drive team coordination, and enable smooth delivery flow by removing obstacles and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements for Scrum Master role:

• Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and maintaining Agile discipline
• Ability to coordinate day to day delivery across teams and stakeholders
• Experience ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Ability to identify and remove delivery obstacles
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery between vendor, client, and internal developers
• Strong working knowledge of Jira
