As an Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting teams, driving Agile adoption, and fostering a people-first culture within our Netherlands operations.

You will serve as both Scrum Master and Agile Coach, guiding teams to optimise Scrum practices, remove impediments, and champion continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include organising and facilitating Programme Increment (PI) planning, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across teams.

You'll mentor teams through cultural integration and change management, supporting the shift to a high-performing, people-centric organisation.

Acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure clear communication, alignment of strategies, and efficient execution of initiatives.

We seek a dynamic leader with proven experience in Scrum, Agile coaching, and large-scale event management.

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
