As a Musketeer Scout (Regional Account Manager Horeca), you are responsible for the availability of our products in your region. You are fully committed to building long-term relationships, always looking for new opportunities to give wings to the brand. The goal is to increase Red Bull sales through new concepts and points of sale. We are looking for an active and engaged personality, effective or available as soon as possible, who will soar passionately over the Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Fribourg & Sion region as a Musketeer. Tasks: Territory management and customer service You support our existing horeca partners in their sales activities for the Red Bull and The ORGANICS by Red Bull brands, ensuring perfect product presence through innovative tools. You are also responsible for acquiring new customers to strengthen our market position and broaden our distribution. You maintain personal relationships with key clients and take responsibility for our product presence in the University, Blue & White Collar, LSR (QSR & Coffee/Tea/Bistro), leisure, and network sectors. You speak the language of the industry and appreciate days where no two are alike. In addition to managing your own client portfolio, you work closely with the Account Manager team and participate in targeted sales campaigns (sales drive, take aways drive, etc.). Through regular exchanges with our partners and your active market participation, you identify industry trends and opportunities, which you know how to successfully implement with the team. Profile: You have completed a professional apprenticeship, preferably in sales or gastronomy. You have at least two to three years of experience in a similar position and are well acquainted with the Romandy region of Switzerland. You possess excellent knowledge of the local On Premise / On Trade universe and have an extensive network in this field; your personality matches the world of Red Bull. You are a strong individual with presence and a great work ethic, you have a flair for sales, are skilled at persuasion, and know how to excite people about ideas and projects. You live in the Lausanne, Fribourg, or Villeneuve regions, hold a category B driving license, and are fluent in French; knowledge of German and English would be a plus.
