Job Description
Responsibilities

To lead a section of scouts, in activities and section nights, to help scouts complete badges and have new experiences. To also develop young people and teachbthem skills for life.

The Purpose of scouts to to give young people skills foe life and gibe them new experiences. We are looking to do a lot of activities, including climbing, watersports, outdoor adventure activities and awards such as the Gold scout award and Silber scout award, which will involve expeditions, camps etc.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Good leadership skills
  • good communication skills
  • good organisation skills
  • no prior experience in scouting needed but would be desirable
  • Able communicate well with young people in a professional manner
  • Qualities : Paitence, adventurous, likes the outdoors
