Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Personal Injury matters to include RTA, EL/PL, Credit Hire and Clinical Negligence cases. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the Personal Injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will involve:

• Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
• Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
• Negotiating settlements with insurers
• Representing clients in court
