Job Description
Overview

Scotland Development Programme (SDP) is a key stage in the national player pathway, bridging the gap between the National Aspiring and Senior programmes. It identifies and develops the next generation of international players by providing athletes under 23 with high quality training and competitive opportunities, leading to a clear route toward senior international hockey.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to coach within the SDP Women's squad, working with talented athletes and an experienced support team. The programme culminates in the U21 EuroHockey Championships, where our aim is to be highly competitive in Europe's top division and to act as a pilot for future SDP delivery. The role is central to strengthening player technical skills and preparing athletes for senior international hockey.
