SEN Science Teacher (Chemistry & Physics) Outstanding SEMH School Cambridge Area 1-Year Fixed Term
I C Talent is working with an Outstanding SEMH specialist school on the outskirts of Cambridge to recruit a passionate and adaptable Science Teacher (Chemistry & Physics) on a fixed-term basis (1 year).

- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

The Role:
- Deliver engaging and accessible Chemistry and Physics lessons tailored to individual needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with Autism and SEMH
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to support behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with support staff and wider professionals
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What we're looking for:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience or strong interest in working within SEN/SEMH settings
- Ability to teach Chemistry and Physics
- A patient, resilient, and flexible approach
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
