We are looking for a dedicated Science Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be confident delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Be adaptable and creative in your teaching approach
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be committed to inclusive education and supporting every learner
- Be passionate about raising attainment and student progress
As a Science Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve success across the Science curriculum.
You will deliver engaging and well structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5), adapting your teaching to meet a range of abilities.
This role focuses on fostering a love of learning, building subject knowledge, and supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high quality, engaging Science lessons
- Creating a positive and focused learning environment
- Assessing student progress and implementing targeted support
- Differentiating lessons to meet a range of learning needs
