Job Overview

• This Chelmsford secondary school caters for students aged 11-16.
• Full-time ECT Science Teacher position, Monday - Friday.
• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Chelmsford.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
• Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors as part of your ECT induction programme.
• Contribute to the wider school community and Science department.

What we're looking for

• Qualified ECT Science Teacher with QTS (or due to achieve QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum.
• A proactive and enthusiastic ECT Science Teacher who can motivate learners in Chelmsford.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and growth as an ECT Science Teacher.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
