Schools HR Partner-Strategic People Services

Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to deliver a high quality service for Schools and Corporate Education. You will advise on restructures, tribunal casework and employee relations, while supporting HR projects and fostering strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders.

You will operate strategically within a large organisation, translating policy into practical solutions and leading with clear, collaborative communication.
