School Swimming Teacher

As a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher, you'll deliver safe, engaging and inclusive school swimming lessons, helping pupils develop confidence in the water, improve their swimming ability and build essential water safety skills.

You'll create positive learning experiences that encourage participation and progression while helping pupils achieve their individual learning outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering structured school swimming lessons for primary-aged children

Supporting pupils to develop swimming ability, confidence and water safety awareness

Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet the needs of different abilities

Promoting water safety and positive behaviours in and around the pool

Working collaboratively with school staff, pool staff and colleagues

Maintaining a safe, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment
