School Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen for Healthy Meals

Aramark UK is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Drayton Manor High School, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high quality, nutritious meals to students and staff.

You will supervise kitchen operations, prepare and present meals, ensure HACCP compliance, monitor stock and assist with ordering, while training junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
