School Psychologist Long Term Sub

Birmingham Publis Schools is seeking a long term Psychologist substitute from early February to mid April. This is a full time position at West Maple and Beverly Elementary Schools.

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certificate
• Masters Degree in School Psychology preferred
• Experience and training in administering and interpreting psychological evaluations within an educational setting
• Knowledgeable of Special Education rules and regulations
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents, staff, and administration
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with parents and professionals
• Strong technology and organizational skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate and mediate meetings with parents and school teams to best support students
