St Joseph's Boys' School in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a part-time cook (25 hours per week) to assist the Senior/Unit Catering Supervisor in preparing and cooking meals for pupils and staff, with hours to be agreed. You will help with menu planning, portion control, HACCP hygiene, stock-taking and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring a hygienic, efficient service and promoting uptake of school meals.
