School Food Innovation & Menu Development Lead

Vertas in Rainworth, NG21 0HJ, is seeking a role to support the delivery of a high quality, compliant and commercially effective food offer across catering operations. You will develop menus, assist with recipe and allergen management, maintain digital systems, and engage with pupils through tastings and events while upholding School Food Standards.

Based at Rainworth, you will work 37 hours per week, collaborating with procurement to source sustainable products and driving continuous
