About the roleThe University of Hull is seeking a proactive and organised School Curriculum Administrator to join the Faculty of Health Sciences Faculty Services team. This role provides high-quality administrative support across a range of curriculum and quality assurance activities, supporting the effective management of the school's academic portfolio and ensuring a positive experience for students and staff.
- Report to the Faculty Curriculum Manager and provide administrative support for curriculum development and review processes, quality assurance activities, external accreditation requirements and academic governance.
- Assist with administration of External Examiners, support curriculum-related meetings, prepare documentation and maintain accurate records in line with university procedures.
- Support key institutional activities such as Welcome Week, Open Days, Clearing, Enrolment and Graduation, while building strong working relationships across the University.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage a varied workload.
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and commitment to delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Experience in an administrative environment, strong IT skills, ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within a higher education setting would be advantageous.
This post is fixed term for a period of 6 months.
