Connex Education is working with secondary schools in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to recruit experienced cover supervisors or degree-qualified individuals who are passionate about starting a rewarding career in education. The school is seeking motivated individuals dedicated to supporting teachers and pupils, ensuring a smooth learning experience during staff absences.

Assignment details

As a cover supervisor you will work across KS3 and KS4 in place of the subject teacher. You provide updates to the teacher, highlight both positive and negative behaviours, and adhere to school policies and procedures while building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

• Aged 21 and over
• Degree qualification
• DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
• EWC registered
