We have aPERMANENTSchool cleaning position availble that will take place in Hedge End-SO30 4EJ

• Schedule- Monday - Friday
• Time- 6.00pm-8.00pm
• Pay £14.00 per hour (annulised pay)

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within specified timeframes
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
• Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, to understand instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond politely and professionally to client requests
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within a team environment
