School Catering Supervisor: Food Service Leader

Chartwells Independent in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, contracted to 43.2 weeks per year).

You will manage kitchen and service counters, drive standards of food and customer service, train teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety compliance, with opportunities to develop your catering career within a supportive, people-focused employer.
