School Cafeteria Customer Service Lead

Chartwells in Newport is seeking a Customer Services Assistant for a part-time role contracted to 29 hours per week across 43.6 weeks per year. You will join a busy team, delivering excellent customer service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, teamwork, and reliability, with previous catering or customer service experience preferred but not essential. DBS checks will be completed as part of pre-employment screening.
