School Attendance & Welfare Officer (Data & Safeguarding)

Broughton Group is seeking experienced Attendance & Welfare Officers for schools across Shropshire. Candidates will oversee attendance processes, contact parents regarding absences, and manage pupil welfare procedures.

Successful applicants should have prior experience in school attendance roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM. No training will be provided; an Enhanced DBS check is preferred.
