One part-time Scheme Support Officer in a Supported Accommodation scheme in Pontypridd.

This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, Castle House Project, Pontypridd. Working alongside the Scheme Manager, we have a team of Scheme Support Officers & Project Workers, providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
