Scheme Manager - Independent Living for Older People (Temp)

Sanctuary Group in Barnstaple is seeking a Scheme Manager on a temporary basis to join the Housing Services team. You will oversee a housing scheme for older people, delivering a high-quality service, tenancy advice, and signposting for additional support as needed.

The role requires experience with older or vulnerable clients, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driving licence for travel across the scheme. It is a 37.5 hour week position at £26,415 per year (pro rata).
