Scheme Coordinator - Belfast

We are recruiting on behalf of Abbeyfield and Wesley Housing for a Scheme Coordinator to join their team, supporting tenants across their sheltered housing schemes. This is an important role focused on providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for tenants while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme.

The main place of work will be Newtownabbey with occasional days spent in Belfast. The role is part time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-1.00pm, with a competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour. This will be a temporary role initially, for a minimum of 3 months.

The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming new tenants, supporting their well-being and independence, coordinating services, and maintaining high standards across the scheme. You'll work closely with tenants, staff, contractors, healthcare professionals, local authorities, and other external organisations to ensure tenants receive the support they need.

What We Need From You:

• 2 Years experience in a Healthcare setting
• Drivers Licence
• To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
