Position Details

This permanent, part time Scheme Cleaner position is based in Alton and offers 25 hours weekly. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm, the role involves maintaining communal areas to a high standard, ensuring shared spaces remain safe and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
• Use simple technology to record completed work.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
