Location: Alton
Salary: Up to £17,485 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities ️ Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
️ Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
️ Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
️ Use simple technology to record completed work.
️ Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For ️ Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
️ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
️ Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
️ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
