Job DescriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduling Lead to join a leading maintenance team in Edinburgh. This role will see you managing a team of contact centre operatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning operations across the business. Prior experience in a planning or scheduling environment is essential.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of the contact centre team
- Conducting monthly 1:1s and performance reviews
- Maintaining training documentation and supporting staff development
- Ensuring all compliance and scheduling processes are adhered to
- Supporting management in implementing new processes
- Leading and motivating the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact centre environment
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Comfortable leading a team through change and process improvement
