What you'll do: Leading and motivating your teams to deliver the objectives you set for them, you'll be accountable for service, quality and performance standards - proactively monitoring and managing performance, addressing issues effectively Proactively implement service improvements across all of our booking and scheduling functions Identifying and removing any barriers to bookings being made across the hospital Build and maintain relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders Bring confidence and trust to our customers that we are easy to do business with by facilitating their requests effectively and in a timely manner Support our wider governance arrangements and contribute to activities for creating and sharing knowledge, gathering insight and for developing our approach in particular areas Sharing who we are and what we do by participating in external conferences and public events where appropriate Listening and responding to patient feedback and service complaints.
