ROLE: Scheduler

LOCATION: Mitie TSOC, Atlas Business Park

We're looking for a Scheduler who will deliver excellent service standards while ensuring all engineering jobs are allocated, monitored, and completed in line with SLA requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day activity of the national engineering team and delegated tasks.
• Utilise scheduling systems effectively to deploy the correct engineering resources.
• Ensure first time fixes for customers through internal engineers or subcontractors.
• Oversee job completion, ensure documentation accuracy, and track materials used.
• Reallocate and follow up on incomplete jobs to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Experience working in service delivery or contact centre environments.
• Strong IT proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems confidently.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced operational environment.
• Creative problem solving skills using technology and data insights.
• Eligibility to pass BPSS security clearance.
