Established in 2009, the business has grown rapidly, now employing 50 people with a turnover of £7.5m. Operating from a recently refurbished, modern head office in Leicestershire, they provide a fantastic environment for an ambitious Exhibition & Joinery Project Manager to thrive. With a busy woodshop team and a growing portfolio of high-profile projects, there has never been a better time for a dedicated professional to come on board.
The RoleDue to continued growth, we are now looking for an Exhibition & Joinery Project Manager to join the integrated technical team. This broad and technical role involves managing projects from initial quoting and design through to on-site delivery. The Project Manager will use technical expertise to oversee every element of the process, including:
- Quoting joinery work from plans and writing detailed client proposals
- Designing exhibition stands and activations, including producing 3D models and renders
- Liaising with and booking external suppliers and subcontractors
- Labour and logistics planning for builds across the UK and Europe
- Leading builds and breakdowns on-site and managing the installation team
Candidates should have built up significant experience in similar roles, ideally as a Scenic Project Manager within a workshop or exhibition design environment. A comprehensive understanding of the exhibition industry and the ability to work under pressure to solve problems on the fly is required.
The ideal candidate possesses superb client-facing skills and can lead teams effectively on-site. We are looking for a team player with sharp attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude ready to take on the responsibility of a Scenic Project Manager for big-budget, high-profile events.
