Scarefest Front of House Host - Guest Experience

Alton Towers Resort is seeking a Scarefest Attraction Host to welcome guests at our Halloween event. You will guide visitors, answer questions, and help manage queues while upholding health and safety standards.

The role runs August to early November 2026, with both full-time and part-time options, including weekends. A strong focus on delivering a memorable guest experience in an outdoor, sometimes dark environment is essential.
