Scale Onboarding PM for High-Volume B2B SaaS (London)

Figma is seeking a Program Manager, Scale Onboarding in London to design and deliver scalable onboarding experiences for a high-volume customer base. You will partner with sales, marketing and enablement to build effective programs and drive customer success from onboarding through adoption.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is a full-time, London-based position.
