Key Responsibilities
Inspect and prepare construction worksites
Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
Ensure all scaffolding conforms to safety regulations
Collaborate with other trades to support building projects
Dismantle scaffolding once work is complete
Potentially work overtime on busy projects
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
UK NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3, or Advanced Ticket-or an equivalent qualification
At minimum, a Level 2 Certificate in Construction Operations
At least 2 years of scaffolding experience
Experience with Layher All round Scaffolding System (preferred)
Tube & clip scaffolding experience (preferred)
NZ HGV Licence (Class 4, equivalent to UK Class 2) - preferred but not essential
Role Levels Available
Level 2 - Entry-level scaffolder for experienced candidates
Level 2 with HGV - Preferred by some employers
Level 3 (Supervisor) - For those ready to lead teams

Ability to work effectively outdoors, often at heights
High attention to detail, strong efficiency, and safety-first mindset
Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
