A leading ICT services provider is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-domain communications service. You will ensure service performance and compliance, managing incidents and changes in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in IT service management, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven leadership in change management. This position is based in Caerphilly with travel required to client sites.
