My client are a IT consultancy looking to add a Techbar Engineer with a client within defence
For this role you will need to be SC Cleared and comfortable with occasionally driving a van
£25.15ph inside IR35
Full time onsite in London

This role is centered around providing hands-on assistance, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all individuals seeking support through the TechBar. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-up support and service requests.

Provide timely and professional assistance to users, guiding them through resolutions or escalating where appropriate.

Maintain a positive and approachable presence at the TechBar to foster a welcoming support environment.

Document interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately for tracking and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to service delivery.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development initiatives.

Ensure workspace is organized and presentable, reflecting a high standard of professionalism.
