SAP Tax & Regulatory Reporting Project Manager - EU

We are seeking an experienced SAP Tax & Regulatory Reporting Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations and multi-country rollouts of SAP compliance and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP DRC/DRS, EDICOM, and global regulatory reporting programmes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Tax & Regulatory Reporting implementations and deployments.
• Manage multi-country rollouts and localization requirements.
• Deliver SAP DRC/DRS and EDICOM solutions for e-invoicing and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Finance, Tax, SAP, and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Oversee project governance, planning, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific tax and statutory reporting requirements.

Required Experience

• Proven SAP Project Management experience within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP DRC/DRS and EDICOM implementations.
• Experience delivering global and regional tax and regulatory reporting programmes.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements across Poland, the Baltics, the UK, and/or Mexico is highly desirable.

Strong understanding and practical project delivery experience covering:

• VAT Reporting
• Withholding Tax Reporting
• Corporate/Profit Tax Reporting
• Indirect Tax Compliance
• Transfer Pricing Reporting
• Statutory Reporting
• SAF-T Implementations
• Local Financial Statement Requirements
• Local Chart of Accounts Management
• E-invoicing and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC)
• Digital Tax Authority reporting requirements

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on SAP Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record delivering complex Tax & Regulatory Reporting programmes across multiple countries. Experience leading SAP DRC/DRS and EDICOM rollouts in highly regulated environments is essential.
