SAP Support Consultant - OTC/P2P Hybrid/Weybridge/Surrey

SAP SD/LE, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• The role requires strong knowledge for business practices in OTC (Order to Cash) and basic understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay) process in SAP.
• The individual is responsible to support business initiatives in sales & logistics, actively involves projects producing innovative solutions with and requires deep SAP application knowledge to function as an internal consultant to the business.
• The role requires strong knowledge for business practices in sales & logistics area, and also process knowledge in EDI, ALE and IDOC

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Basic support on VOC Ticket system for any Customer's request regarding SAMSUNG NEXT ERP system
• Strong consulting capabilities for Samsung SDS Europe customer requests. Able to communicate with users to identify the problems & requirements and provide To-Be solutions.
• Preferably, Understand SD/MM interfaces to FI/CO and other areas of overlap.
• Understand Company's Business process and map system to Business process.
• Identifying the weak areas in the process and educate the users for a better-improved process.
• Providing Risk and compliance reports to top management and advise them on how to improve identified areas
• Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements
