£400 - £500 (Outside IR35)

SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist - Outside IR35 - Remote

TalentBank Technology is supporting a global organisation within the aerospace and advanced engineering sector to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist on an initial 12-month contract.

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems (SAP and non-SAP), ensuring seamless data exchange, automation, and secure HR process optimisation. Operating within a global HRIS environment, you will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable integration solutions aligned to best practice.

This is a remote-first role with infrequent UK and international travel (with advance notice).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and internal/external enterprise systems.
  • Develop and deploy interfaces using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and other Middleware tools.
  • Gather and translate functional integration requirements from HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and interface testing activities.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across environments.
  • Ensure solutions meet internal security, compliance, and governance standards (including GDPR).
  • Support SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, and new module deployments from an integration perspective.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years' experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors integration projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI (HCI), APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and/or Compensation.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes and data security principles (SSO, GDPR, data privacy).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA integrations with SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other iPaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
  • SAP SuccessFactors Integration certification.
